The rising adoption of digitalization has accentuated the need for training. More and more organizations are moving quickly towards remote training, and it’s clear why. The shift towards remote tools can be seen as a manifestation of what trainers and learners want and need from training. Instructors and learners don’t necessarily want to travel to a physical location, resulting in increased costs, time to travel, when training can be tailored to learners’ unique needs and circumstances from the comfort of home.

Plan and Execute Virtual Training Effectively

Today, you must be selective in choosing your tool for remote training. Find a virtual training that ticks as many boxes as possible:

  • Scalability
  • Cost-effectiveness
  • Cloud-native ease
  • Geographical flexibility
  • Customization possibilities
  • Application-oriented learning

One such solution, designed in a very meticulous and practical way to fill the gaps of virtual learning, is OrasiLabs. OrasiLabs’ powerful virtual training solution lets instructors and course developers focus on what matters most – creating and delivering engaging content.

OrasiLabs’ agile and automated approach to delivering hands-on virtual training helps trainers and software vendors grow training programs and revenue opportunities by quickly training and educating more customers, partners, and employees across a distributed workforce.

The New World of Work

A report from WEF, says that 50 percent of all employees will need to be reskilled by 2025. Also, per the LinkedIn Workplace Learning Report 2019, 94 percent of employees stated they’d stay at a company longer if there was an investment in their learning and development. Here, about 99 percent of learning and development professionals agreed that if skills gaps aren’t closed, their organizations will be negatively affected in the upcoming years.

As the Manpower Group highlighted, 69 percent of employers globally struggle to find skilled workers, especially in high-demand areas. The gap will only grow wider if teams cannot balance various aspects of learning by using smart virtual training tools.
